About Dani
Farmer Demolition is led by licensed builder Dani Farmer, who brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Dani grew up working alongside his father in the family building business in the UK, learning not just the technical skills of the trade, but also the importance of listening to clients and doing quality work.
After building and renovating across the UK and Darwin, Dani and his wife Rachel settled in Mooloolah Valley to raise their three daughters and establish a family business on the Sunshine Coast. Dani now leads both Farmer Constructions and Farmer Demolition.
Dani holds a Builder–Low Rise Licence and Builder Open Licence (QBCC Licence: 15195914) which authorises him to work on houses, multi-unit dwellings, offices, shops, public buildings and large commercial projects. His depth of experience ensures all demolition projects are managed with the same level of professionalism and compliance as high-end construction work.
